Welcome, I am Tanya Perry and I have operated my own Training and Development Consultancy for 16 years, working both in the U.K. and in Australia. In 2004 I consolidated the business and re-named it Tanya Perry & Associates Pty Ltd. Combined with my unique style and skills, I and my team of Associates are able to deliver a wide range of exciting, yet practical courses to our growing list of clients. My diverse experience and exceptional communication skills present me as a professional public speaker and facilitator on a wide range of topics.
My business success is due to the highest possible customer service I offer my clients. Testimonials from clients and course participants genuinely reflect this. Repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals have built the solid core of my business. I believe passionately in what I do and what we can offer anyone who attends our workshops and seminars.
My career history includes working as a Senior Passenger Agent/Acting Supervisor for British Airways in at London’s Heathrow Airport. I have been a newsreader for a local radio station (they loved my accent!), a Training Coordinator for Dartington Tech (U.K.), and Business Manager for South West Landscaping (U.K.).

I have also been an Associate Consultant with the Australian Institute of Management, an active member of the South Australian Women’s Trust and Vice-President of the International Women’s Day Committee.
I grew up in Northern Ireland and I am very proud of my heritage. I now live in South Australia at the beach with my wonderful husband, 2 children, 1 of my 4 step-children and our dog. My greatest loves are my family, sailing and gardening.
